Pilot draft, October 2026. To be reviewed by counsel before general availability.
We provide software that creates pay-by-bank requests and recurring payment approvals through Volley, a regulated payment provider, and records the outcomes. We are not a bank, never hold your funds, and payments go directly from the payer’s bank account to yours or your trust account.
Keep sign-in details safe and turn on two-step sign-in. Only invite and contact people you have a reason to contact, and keep their details accurate. Check every notice, reminder and statement before you rely on it.
Agree the per-invoice and monthly limits with your customer before sending the approval link. Only invoices issued after they approve are paid automatically, on the due date, after a notice. Invoices over a limit, or payments that fail, go to the customer as a normal pay link. If a customer disputes a payment, you agree to work with them and with Volley to resolve it and refund where it was taken in error.
You remain responsible for meeting the Residential Tenancies Act, including rent increase notice periods and the service of 14-day notices. Dates the service works out are a guide, based on how and when you tell us a notice was given; check them against the Act and Tenancy Services guidance.
Messages we send for you are about payments a person owes or has made. You must not use the service to send marketing. People can reply STOP to texts, and we will honour that.
Volley, the banks, Fergus, Xero, Twilio and our hosting providers are run by others. We are not responsible for their outages, but we will tell you about problems that affect you and retry where we can.
AI answers are generated from your data and may be wrong. They are not legal or financial advice. The live Copilot is off until you switch it on.
Free during the pilot. We will give 30 days’ notice before any fee applies.
You can ask to close your account at any time from Account. We confirm with you first; then pay links and rent pulls stop, and tenants’ and customers’ recurring approvals are cancelled at Volley. Records are kept for the retention periods in our privacy policy.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.
